摘    要:表面增强拉曼光谱技术结合简单的样品前处理程序检测保健食品中非法添加的吡格列酮及罗格列酮。采用自制纳米金作为表面增强试剂并考察了不同酸度、不同酸种、不同纳米金等因素对马来酸罗格列酮、盐酸吡咯列酮检测结果的影响。结果表明:相同酸度条件下,盐酸作为助剂时的增强效果比硝酸和硫酸好,硝酸和硫酸作为助剂时的增强效果相近;相同助剂条件下,酸性越强,表面增强效果越好;柠檬酸钠作为还原剂在合成纳米金时的用量越小,增强效果越好。所建立的表面增强拉曼光谱法可检出0.012 5mg·L^-1的罗格列酮和0.025mg·L^-1的吡格列酮。

Abstract:The method of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy technique combining with the simple sample pre-treatment process was developed for detecting rosiglitazone and pioglitazone illegally added in health care foodstuffs.Self-prepared nano-gold was used as a surface-enhancing agent.Effect of different acidity,different acid species,different nano-gold and other factors on detection results of rosiglitazone maleate and pioglitazone hydrochloride was investigated.The results showed that under the same acidity condition,better enhancement effect was obtained when hydrochloric acid was used as a support agent as compared with nitric acid and sulfuric acid,while nearly equivalent enhancement effect was obtained when the latter 2 acids was used as a support agent.At the same support agent,better surface enhancement effect was attained with stronger acidity.Lower amount of sodium citrate as reducing agent was used for synthesis of nano-gold,better enhancement effect was found.0.012 5 mg·L^-1 of rosiglitazone and 0.025 mg·L^-1 of pioglitazone can be detected by the proposed method of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy.
