摘    要:以反相高效液相色谱法,用RP-C18柱为固定相,甲醇-水-甲酸为流动相,辅之以二极 管阵列紫外检测技术,从杨梅叶中分离和制备了四种黄酮酸忒和一种黄酮醇,经波谱分析确 定了化学结构,并以蒽为内标测定了杨梅叶中五种黄酮类化合物的含量.用油脂氧化酸败测 定仪(Metrohm Rancimat)测定抗氧化性能,5种黄酮类化合物均为优良的天然抗氧化剂。

Abstract:Four flavonol glycosides and one flavonol were separated and collected from myrica rubra leaf using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with RP-C18 column as stationary phase and methanol-water-formic acid as mobile phase. The chemical structure of five flavonoids in myrica rubra leaf was identified by spectral analysis and their content was determined by reference to internal standard anthracene. Their antioxidant activity was determined in a rancidity analyzer and results showed that these five flavonoids are active natural antioxidants.
