真空薄膜浓缩装置的研制及应用研究

摘    要:介绍了真空薄膜浓缩装置的构造、特征、工作原理及使用方法,并将真空薄膜浓缩法与旋转薄膜浓缩法的工作效率及对热敏性成分含量的影响进行了比较研究。结果表明,两法相比,前者具有仪器容量大、浓缩速度快、浓缩液受热时间短、操作简单及工作效率高等优点。

Abstract:Structure, character, principle and application of reduced pressure concentration device are introduced and a comparison on the concentration efficiency and the effect on the content of heating-sensitivity components between the methods of the reduced pressure concentration and rotary thin film concentration is made. The result shows that the reduced pressure concentration has the advantages of large instrument capacity, fast speed, shorter time for heating the concentrated solution, simple operation and high efficiency etc.
