| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一种小型甾体类天然产物~(13)C-NMR数据库及检索系统。系统具有名称、结构、化学位移和分子式等多种检索功能。能有效地辅助人们对甾体类天然产物~(13)C-NMR图谱的解析。系统采用BASIC语言编写,编译后运行。经在IBM PC/XT机上运行得到了比较满意的结果。

| Abstract: | A small carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (13C-NMR) spectral database and search system of steroidal natural products are reported. The system can search the information in the database by name, molecular formula, structure or chemical shifts, respectively. It can aid people to elucidate the 13C-NMR spectra of steroidal natural products effectively. The program in the system was written in BASIC and translated into machine language by BASIC compiler. The system has run on IBM PC/XT computer with satisfactory results. |
