| 摘 要： | 建立了用阴离子交换色谱法测定小球藻提取物中的各种核苷酸的方法。用Shim PackWAX 1色谱柱 (5 0mm× 4 .6mmi.d .,粒度 3μm ,孔径 1 0 0nm) ,2 5mmol/L的磷酸二氢钠水溶液 (pH =3.5 ) ,流量梯度洗脱。检测波长 2 6 0nm。回收率在 97.5 0 %～ 99.4 0 %。该法简便 ,灵敏 ,重现性好 ,可以广泛应用于各类小球藻提取物和各类食品中的核苷酸的检测

| Abstract: | An anion exchange chromatographic method was developed for the determination of mononucleotides in the extraction product of chlorella. The separation was obtained using a Shim Pack WAX 1 column with a simple mobile phase of 25 mmol/L phosphate buffer (pH=3.5), performed by a gradient elution, and detected at 260 nm. The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible and it can be widely applied to the determination of mononucleotides from the extraction product of chlorella. |
