摘    要:采用液相色谱.电喷雾串联质谱分离鉴定了吴茱萸药材中5种生物碱成分。分析比较了不同产地吴茱萸药材中生物碱的种类,同时采用高效液相色谱测定了不同产地药材中吴茱萸次碱的含量。方法简单,快速。灵敏,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization (ESI) tandem mass spectrometry was used to separate and identify five alkaloids in Evodia rutaecarpa. The type and content of alkaloids in Evodia rutaecarpa from nine different habitats were analysed and compared. The quantitations of rutaecarpine in Evodia rutaecarpa from nine different habitats were also performed by high performance liquid chromatography. The method is simple, quick and sensitive, the result is satisfactary.
