| 摘 要： | 报道了沉积物样品中多氯联苯(PCBs)的分析方法及质量控制/质量保证(QA/QC)研究,结果表明多级复合硅胶柱对有机氯农药去除效果良好.采用25种PCBs同族体标样PCB25对分析方法进行了QA/QC研究,PCBs的平均回收率在97%～118%之间.用本方法测定25种多氯联苯同族体的检测限范围在0.5～1.4ng/g之间.

| Abstract: | This work presents the preliminary result of analysis method for polychlorobiphenyls(PCBs) in sediment samples.Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) study is also discussed in details. The results reveal that" multi-layer silica gel column" can clean up well the main interference of organochlorine pesticides. A standard material (PCB25) , 25 kinds of PCB congeners, is employed to carry out QA/QC. The recoveries of PCBs as PCB25 range from 97% to 118%. The detection limits are in the range of 0.5 -1.4 ne/g. |
