摘    要:报道了用蛋白A-金电极法将抗体固化在3.58MHz和10HzAT切割的石英晶体上,制作的可重复使用的压电免疫传感器,测定C2型葡萄球菌肠毒素。最适PH值为7,并用不同的方法测试了晶体片上的抗体固化情况。

Abstract:A reusable piezoelectric immunosensor has been developed for detection of Staphy- lococcusEnterotoxin by immobilization at antibody with protein A method to the gold elec- trode of 3. 58 MHz AT-cut quartz crystal. The optimum pH vaule was 7. Immobilized anti- body on the surface of crystal electrode was tested with different methods, and observed that after antigen assay the sensor could be used six times by 8 mol/L urea elution.
