氟离子重活化-气相色谱质谱法检测染毒人血清中的神经性毒剂沙林

摘    要:采用了氟离子重活化-气相色谱质谱方法检测染毒人血清中的神经性毒剂沙林.优化了氟离子重活化体系并且考察了沙林的提取富集条件.根据丁酰胆碱酯酶活性恢复值得到其重活化效率可达到86%.在丁酰胆碱酯酶的活性抑制率6%~85%之间,此方法线性良好,检出限为4%的酶活性抑制率.该方法样品制备简单,血清样品干扰较小,是一种可用于确证沙林中毒的溯源性检测方法.

Abstract:The fluoride ion reactivation and gas chromatography mass spectrometry methods were used to determine sarin exposures in human serum.A systematic investigation was performed in order to find the optimum reaction conditions.According to the recovery of butyrylcholinesterase activity,the reactivation efficiency was calculated as high as 86%.Linear calibration curves were obtained for regenerated sarin over the inhibition of butyrylcholinesterase activity from 6% to 85%.Limit of detection was 4% inhibition of butyrylcholinesterase activity.The established method is simple and no interference of the human serum sample.It can be used as an ideal method for the retrospective detection of sarin exposure.
