纳米氧化铜催化化学发光性能及其氨基酸检测

摘    要:用低热固相配位化学反应制得纳米氧化铜并对其进行了透射电镜和X射线衍射表征,得到的纳米氧化铜平均粒径为10nm。用制得的纳米氧化铜催化精氨酸和天冬氨酸的鲁米诺化学发光体系,催化性能较分析纯氧化铜和硫酸铜溶液分别提高了5.65和4.51倍。氨基酸的检出限达10^-9mol/L。

Abstract:Nanosized CuO powder was synthesized by solid-state coordinated and decompounded reaction, and characterized by X-ray diffraction and transimssion electron microscopy. The results showed that the average particle sizes of nanosized CuO are about 10 nm. A new chemiluminescence system, Nanosized CuO]-luminol-Amino acid], was proposed to determine the catalytic abilities of nanosized CuO. The catalytic abilities of nanosized CuO were enhanced by 5.65 and 4.51 folds than those of analytical CuO and copper sulfate, ~respectively . The detection limit of amino acid was 10~-9 mol/L.
