摘    要:白细胞介素-2(IL-2)是机体免疫网络系统起重要调节作用的淋巴因子,它能激活多 种免疫细胞使其产生免疫活性。以9943Tc标记IL-2,用9943Tc-二乙三胺五乙酸(DTPA)-IL-2的三元 体系产物作为标记物进行检测,然后将标记物用于体内的IL-2受体显像的研究,有助于认识 某些疾病的发生机理,可用于监测某些疾病的动态变化和实验性治疗。

Abstract:Interleakin-2 is very at important in immune system of human beings. It can activate variousimmune cells and make them exhibit immune activity. In this paper,we introduce a method of labeling the interleakin-2(IL2) with9943Tc. By using9943Tc to label IL-2, we have detected the product 9943Tcdiethyltriamine-pentaacetic acid (DTPA)-IL-2. Then, we use this labeled product in studying acceptor imaging in vivo. This method is helpful to study the mechanism of some diseases, and can be used both to detect kinetic change in certain illnesses and to therapy them experimentally.
