摘    要:利用高效液相色谱从商品化伊维菌素中分离出8种组分,再与ESL-MS-MS偶合,得到其加合离子和特征子离子,从而对各组分的化学成分进行了鉴定,报道了伊维菌素B1a的^13C NMR谱图,并对碳信号作了归属。

Abstract:fractions of commercial ivermectin were isolated and identified by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray-mass spectrometry-mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESJ-MS-MS). The molecular ions themselves were not seen in the ESJ-MS spectra, but adduct ions such as NI + Na]* ions were prominent. The MSMS data of HPLC fractions were also obtained by the ESL-triple quadrapole mass spectrometer. The charaeteristic daughter ions could be used to distinguish the same molecular weight components. The 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrum of ivermectin B1, was reported and explained with its structure.
