摘    要:1引言爆炸是恐怖袭击的常用手段。对痕量爆炸残留物进行高效检测,从而准确判断炸药的成分和种类,能够为侦破案件提供重要的线索和证据1,2]。近年来,毛细管电泳技术初步显示了其在爆炸物检验方面的巨大潜力3~6]。本实验基于毛细管电泳间接紫外吸收检测7,8]和胶束电动色谱9],建立了痕量爆炸残余物的系统分析检验方法,通过对爆炸瞬间产生的痕量

Abstract:A capillary electrophoresis method was developed for the determination of explosive residues.In-direct UV detection was used for CE analysis of inorganic ions present in explosives,and micellar electrokinetic chromatography was for analysis of organic explosive compounds.Various experimental conditions,such as the components and concentration of the buffer,the concentration of the electroosmotic flow modifier,the pH value and the separation voltage,were investigated to achieve efficient CE separation.Under ...
