诺氟沙星的交流示波极谱滴定法研究

本文报道了示波极谱滴定法测定诺氟沙星的含量。用ＰＨ４．４的ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ缓冲溶液溶解药样，并与过量的四苯硼钠作用生成沉淀。过滤后，用硫酸亚铊回滴过量的Ｎａ－ＴＰＢ，由示波极谱图［ｄＥ／ｄｔ＝ｆ（Ｅ）］上ＴＰＢ切口的消失指示滴定络点，进而在该溶液中进行空白实验。

Alternating Current Oscillopolarographic Titration of Norfloxacin

The determination of norfloxacin (NFX) by AC oscillopolarographic titration is reported. The NFX sample is dissolved in HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH = 4. 4) and precipitated with excess standard sodium tetraphenylborate(Na-TPB). After filtering off part of the mixture, the excess of TPB in the filtrate is titrated with thallous standard solution. The disappearance of the incision of TPB on dE/dt = f(E) curve is used to indicate the end point of titration. Then in this solution the blank experiment is carried out. The method is simple and rapid. The end point of titration is sensitive. The method has been used for the determination of NFX in capsules with satisfactory results. The average recovery of samples is 99. 98% , and the relative error is less than 0. 54%. It is tallied with the measured of the Chinese pharmacopeia method.
