| 摘 要： | 建立了在线透析-流动注射光度法测定奶及奶制品中尿素的方法.加人三氯乙酸使样品中蛋白质沉淀,离心过滤去除沉淀的蛋白质,在线透析去除剩余的脂肪及大分子,避免干扰光度分析.在Fe3+存在时,尿素与二乙酰一肟在酸性溶液中水解生成的二乙酰反应生成红色化合物,在534 nm处测量吸光度,加入硫代氨基脲提高显色强度.实验对试剂的浓度...
