摘    要:用荧光光谱法和吸收光谱法研究了吡罗昔康与牛血清白蛋白结合反应,显示吡罗昔康能强烈猝灭对牛血清白蛋白的荧光强度,根据荧光猝灭数据,并由Stern-Volmer和Lineweaver-Burk方程分析并处理实验数据,得到反应的结合常数、热力学参数等。

Abstract:The binding reaction between piroxican and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by using fluorescence spectra and absorption spectra. It is shown that this compound has a powerful ability to quench the fluorescence intensity of BSA, The fluorescence quenching data were analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation and Lineweaver-Burk equation, and the binding constant, and the thermodynamic parameters were obtained.
