| 摘 要： | 本文证明含氟酰胺类新农药在ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ上的保留时间与其分配系数具有很好的相关性，引入色谱保留值作为新的理化参数，采用逐步回归分析建立了农药的构效关系的数学模型，为阐明含氟农药的作用机制和新农药的创制研究提供了一个有效的途径。

| Abstract: | The retention time of fluorine-containing amide herbicides was determined by RP -HPLC. The experimental results show that there is a good relationship between the retention time and the partition coefficient of herbicide. The mathematic models of structure activity of fluorine -containing amide herbicides have been suggested by multiplex step regression. |
