| 摘 要： | 报道了一种新的葡萄糖测定方法。它是基于可逆的光诱导电子转移过程，从而实现葡萄糖的快速测定。荧光染料（３－〔５－（４－二甲氨基苯基）－４，５－二氢唑－２－苯磺酰氨基〕苯硼酸）被首次应用于体液中葡萄糖的直接测定。方法的线性范围为０～１×１０－２ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检测限为５×１０－５ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。用建立的方法对３个血清样品中葡萄糖的直接测定，结果满意，相对标准偏差小于４％。

| Abstract: | A novel method for the determination of glucose was reported. Based on a reverse photoinduced electron transfer process, we can quickly determine the concentration of glucose in the sample. A fluorescent boronic acid, dapoxylTM 3-sulfonamidophenylboronic acid was first used for the determination of glucose. This linear range is 0～1×10－2 mol/L, the detection limit is 5×10－5 mol/L. This method has been applied to direct determination of glucosein in three kinds of serum samples with satisfactory results, the RSD is less than 4%. |
