| 摘 要： | 本文研制成一种新型开链酰胺的PVC膜钙离子选择电极。应用于临床,测定了85个血清样品中的总钙,其结果与AAS法和比色法的测定结果相一致,该电极在对血清的测量中显示出良好的重现性、稳定性和准确性。

| Abstract: | The determination of total calcium in serum using calcium ion-selective electrode (ISE) based on a new neutral carrier is described. The bound calcium is displaced from its complex through dilution of the serum sample with sodium chloride. 85 Samples had been determined. The results agree with those determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and colorimetric method. The comprehensive properties of this electrode match with those of Ca2+-ISE based on ETH1001. The method for the determination of calcium in serum shows the characteristic of fast response,good reproducibility and stability. |
