玉米叶片残体腐解过程的傅里叶变换红外光谱研究

摘    要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱对玉米植株叶片残体腐解过程进行了研究。结果表明,随着玉米叶片残体腐解的进行,羟基,酮碳基,甲基,在和次甲基的含量逐渐降收据 的含量增加。

Abstract:FTIR spectroscopy was directly applied to the monitoring of corn leaf residue (CLR) without extraction at various stages of composting. The result showed that FTIR spectra could indicate the dynamic changes of organic components during the composting process of CLR. In the process of composting, carboxyl existed as carboxylic ions; hydroxyl, methyl, methylene, methine and ketonic carbonyl decreased and methoxy increased. with the progress of CLR composting, aliphatic compounds decreased, aromatic compounds in- creased and some inorganic elements were released from the CLR. Especially silicon accumulated as oxides and other canons reacted with carboxyls forming carboxylates. Addition of nitrogenous fertilizer promoted the composting progress of CLR.
