摘    要:标样与样品之间基体效应的差异是影响LA-ICP-MS分析结果准确度的重要因素,而元素的相对灵敏度因子(RSF)是基体效应的重要表征.本研究考察了17个玻璃标样中49种常见元素及10个电子探针天然硅酸盐矿物标样中10种主、微量元素RSF的差异,比较了以Ca,Al,Si为内标对基体效应的补偿作用及元素分馏效应的影响.结果表...
