| Abstract: | A multi-wavelength K-factor method for simultaneous determination of the mixture of multicomponents with spectrophotometry is presented. Based on the absorbance ratio of component between two different wavelengths, an equation set, in which the absorbances of componens in different wavelengths are turned into those of same wavelength, is constructed. By using the equation set, the content of components can be obtained. The method has been applied to determining the mixture of sodium o-nitrophenolate, sodium p-nitrophenolate and sodium 2-methoxy-5-nitrophenolate with satisfactory results. |
