摘    要:本文采用电化学相分析法确定它是一种M2C型碳化物,并利用两种溶液的联合处理法克服了在碳化物间相分离时复合合金化的碳化物(Fe,Cr,Mo)2C中元素间的选择性溶出,提高了相分析的准确度。

Abstract:The structure of nanometer-sized strengthening phase precipitated at secondaryhardening peak in martensite steel is difficult to be determined by X-ray and electron diffractions. In the present paper it is confirmed to be a M2C type carbide by electrochemical phase analysis. Selective solvation of elements in a dissolved phase in separation process of two phases is harmful to the determination of accurate content and composition of the phase. The selective solvation is eliminated by the combined treatment of two types of solution and the accuracy of the phase separation has increased.
