摘    要:选用能够识别抗菌药物氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)的模权聚合物作固相萃取剂,从稀溶液中可选择性地富集TMP,在生理浓度下,富集因数为35.7,而非模板事物无富集能力。在洗脱过程中直接用于TMP的测定,不需要随后的色谱分析手续。基于此,建立了一个样品富集和测定的新方法,方便简单可靠,用于尿样中低2的TMP的测定,回收率达到91.7%,结果满意。

Abstract:A molecular template polymer (PIMP) capable of molecular recognition of trimethoprim (IMP), an antibiotic drug, was used in solid-phase extraction in order to selectively enrich IMP from a dilute solution. At a physiological concentration (40 nmol/L), an enrichment factor of 35. 7 was obtained. Whereas the non-template polymer (PO) with the same composition as PIMP had no enrichment ability to IMP. The high selectivity of PIMP allowed IMP to be detected directly in the desorption step, thus eliminating the need for a successive chromatographic analysis. Based on this, a new approach to enrichment and detennination of TMP was proposed. This simple and reliable method has been used to the direct detennination of TMP which was present in low concentration in urine sample. The recovery was up to 91.7%, and the satisfactory results were obtained.
