流动注射化学发光法测定痕量硫

摘    要:基于硫离子对鲁米诺-过氧化氢化学发光反应的增敏作用,建立了测定痕量硫的流动注射化学发光反应的增敏作用,建立了测定痕量硫的流动注射化学发光的新方法。该方法的线性范围为2.0×10-9~8.0×10-7g/mL,检出限为5.6×10-10g/mL,相对标准偏差小于5%(1.0×10-7g/mLS2-,n=11)。方法简单,快速,灵敏,已用于环境水样中痕量硫的测定。

Abstract:A new flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determinstion of trace amounts of sulfide was developed. It is based on the catalysis of sulfide to chemilumincence reacion between luminol and hydrogen peroxid. The linear range extends from 2.0 × 10-9 to 8.0 × 10-7 g/mL and the detection limit is 5.6 × 10-10 g/mL.The relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 5% for 1.0 × 10-7 g/mL sulfide solution in eleven repeated measurements. The method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity, sensitivity and has also been applied to the determination of trace amounts of sulfide in water samples.
