摘 要: | 参考EPA TO-14方法,以稍加改装热解析装置Tekmar6000和吹扫捕集装置Tekmar 3000作为进样系统,对密闭环境中人体挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)进行了GC/MS定性分析和外标定量,初步确定了密闭环境中的生活人员给密闭的生活环境带来的污染成分,为密闭环境的气体净化提供了依据。

Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometric Analysis for Volatile Organic Compound of Human Metabolites in Sealed Cabin |

Abstract: | On the basis of EPA TO-14 method, we have qualified and quantified volatile organic compound of human metabolites by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, Tekmar6000 and Tedkmar3000, which both have been slightly modified. The sorts and quantity of the pollutants were determined. It provided the basis for air cleaning in sealed cabin. |
