摘    要:首次将台锥形柱尾用于填充毛细管液相色谱柱,并与环氧胶粘的柱尾连接方式进行比较,发现在柱内径≥0.32mm时,前者的柱效比后者高出30%~50%,且明显改善柱效-流速特性。对比研究了不同内径柱(0.53mm,0.32mm,0.25mm)采用两种尾接方式的塔板高度与流速的关系,对产生差异的原因进行了探讨。

Abstract:Packed capillary liquid chromatographic columns with conical end were prepared and evaluated. It was found that the column efficiency was 30% ~ 50% higher than that of the columns with conventional end, for columns of 0.53 mm I. D.. The Van Deemter curve of the novel shape column was also improved substantially, particularly in the high flow rate region. The difference for columns of smaller diameter (0. 32mm and 0. 25mm I.D. ) was less because of smaller dead volume and less disturbance of flow profile at the column end.
