摘    要:分子影像技术创新研究促进了体内免疫系统跟踪技术——免疫成像技术的发展,可实现对免疫细胞和免疫分子定位及其功能进行实时成像及无创可视化监控,协助评价免疫治疗的效果,并已成为免疫治疗中一个重要的新兴检测模块。目前,体内免疫成像技术的研究与应用仍处于初步阶段,本综述概述了近年来SPECT和PET成像方式用于免疫监测的研究进展,为未来免疫影像学新技术的发展和应用提供指导。

Abstract:The innovative molecular imaging technologies and tools have promoted the development of immune system tracking technology—immunoimaging technology, which can perform real-time non-invasive visualization of the existence and function of immune cells and immune molecules, thereby assisting in evaluating the effect of immunotherapy, and it has become an important detection module in immunotherapy. At present, the research and application of in vivo immunoimaging technology is still in a preliminary stage. This review summarized the research progress of single photon emission computed tomography and positron emission tomography imaging methods for immune monitoring in recent years, and provided guidance for the development and application of new immunoimaging technology in the future.
