The Diagnostic Value of DCE-MRI Quantitative Parameters in Endometrial Cancer and the Correlation with Clinicopathological Factors

Abstract:A total of 108 patients with endometrial cancer were selected as the observation group,and 105 patients with benign endometrial lesions in the same period were selected as the control group.DCE-MRI examinations were performed and found that the volume transfer constant(K trans),rate constant(K ep),and extravascular extracellular space volume ratio(V e)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of the combined diagnosis of K trans,K ep,and V e was 0.841.The values of K trans,K ep,and V e were positively correlated with clinical stage and the degree of myometrial infiltration,while negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05).These results suggested that the quantitative parameters of DCE-MRI had a certain value in the differential diagnosis of endometrial cancer,which helped to distinguish the degree of myometrial invasion in patients with endometrial cancer,as well as the clinical stage and degree of differentiation.
