摘    要:研究了阳离子光引发剂 CpFe(η6 tol) ]BF4引发脂环族环氧树脂ERL 4 2 2 1阳离子光聚合的活性 .其响应峰在 374nm和 4 5 0nm处 ,大于二甲苯基碘盐的 2 4 0nm ,具有更高的感度 .同时 ,研究了一些不同种类的过氧化物对CpFe(η6 tol) ]BF4的增感作用 ,敏化效果与其氧化性一致 :过氧化羟基异丙苯(CHP)≈过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO) >过氧化二异丙苯 (DCP) ,研究了光敏体系的紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱 ,对增感机理作出初步解释

STUDY ON THE PHOTOSENSITIVITY AND SENSITIZATION OF CATIONIC PHOTOINITIATOR [CpFe(η6-tol)]BF4
Abstract:The photosensitivity of cationic polymerization of cycloaliphatic diepoxide oligomer ERL 4221 initiated by photoinitiator CpFe(η 6 tol)]BF 4 has been studied.The main absorptions λ max are 374 nm and 450 nm which are longer than those of diaryliodonium salts.The optimized photosensitivity is 283.8 mJ/cm 2 when irradiated by 365 nm UV ray,which is better than tol 2I +BF 4 -.Meanwhile,the promotion of some kinds of organic peroxides on polymerization of alicyclic diexpoxide oligomer which initiated by CpFe(η 6 tol)]BF 4 have been studied.lt shows that BPO and CHP could promote the initiation of CpFe(η 6 tol)]BF 4 significantly,in accordance with the oxidability and concentration of the peroxide.The mechanism of the sensitization has been discussed preliminarily.
