摘    要:用差热量热分析(DSC)方法研究了β-羟基丁酸与β-羟基戊酸共聚物(PHBV)/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的等温结晶行为。结果表明,PHBV的Avrami方程指数n、成核机理、结晶生长方式基本不受蒙脱土的影响,加入少量的蒙脱土可明显降低PHBV结晶成核自由能,使其结晶速率增大。

Abstract:The kinetics of isothermal crystallization of PHBV/clay nanocomposites with different content of clay has been investigated by DSC. From the Avrami and Hoffman theories, it is shown that the presence of nonometer clay particles displays a high propensity to nucleate PHBV crystallization. The clay particles enhance the crystallization rate of PHBV, reduce the surface free energies of the developing crystals and improve the behavior of isothermal crystallization of PHBV. But it does not influence the Avrami exponent n, mechanism of nucleation and spherulite growth mode of PHBV. With the increment of the clay content in the PHBV/OMMT nanocomposites, the crystallization rate parameter k decreases and the surface free energy of the PHBV crystals increases.
