摘    要:本文了一套净化空气中酸性杂质的实验室模拟操作平台。采用渗透稳定性好、吸附速率高的新型离子交换纤维树脂Fiban AK-22及其同类物,在此平台上研究了动态条件下空气流速、吸附质(HCl)浓度以及空气温度对该类树脂吸附大气中的HCl尾气的影响,确立了树脂的最佳吸附条件。为该净化方法的工业化应用奠定了基础。

Abstract:In this work a laboratory platform for simulating process of sorption of industrial acidic tail gas, such as HCl, from the atmosphere rounding factory was created. Novel fibrous ion exchangers (Fiban AK-22 and its similar material) were used as a sorbent. The materials are elastic to some degree and have good osmotic stability and high sorption rate. On the platform the influence of the airflow rate, sorbate (HCl) concentration and airflow humidity on the sorption was studied .The optimal conditions of sorption has been established. The features of the platform are design reasonable, ease of handling, good flexibility and stability. The work provides the basis of the industrial application of the method.
