摘    要:筛选得大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301R进行CLT酸吸附分离研究.考察了pH值、温度,时间等因素对吸附分离性能的影响。在适宜的工艺条件下CLT酸母液的CODcr的去除率达96%以上,且处理后出水CODcr低于100mg/L,同时也进行了柱动态吸附和洗脱再生实验。结果表明,以D301R树脂可有效的去除CLT酸废水中的CODcr,且以NaOH为洗脱剂可实现树脂的再生。

Abstract:The D301R resin is screened to separate CLT acid from CLT acid wastewater, the effect of pH, temperature and time on adsorption behavior was investigated. Batch technical experiments indicated that CODCr removal ratio of CLT acid wastewater was over 96%, and CODCr of treated wastewater under 100mg/L at appropriately operating conditions. The results of column dynamic adsorption and regeneration showed that CODCr could be efficiently removed by D301R resin from CLT acid waste water, and the resin was easily regenerated by NaOH stripping.
