球状苯基纤维素疏水性吸附树脂分离生物活性蛋白质的研究

摘    要:本文考察了球状苯基纤维素疏水性吸附树脂对三种生物活性蛋白质:精制木瓜酶、中性蛋白酶和菠萝蛋白的吸附分离情况。研究表明,该树脂对菠蛋白酶的吸附分离情况较好,一步富集倍数和活性回收率高,活性回收率达128%,浓缩倍数达4.4,进一步盐析干燥可制得固体晶状菠萝酶。

Abstract:The adsorption and isolation of three sorts of bio-active proteins: papain, neutral albumen enzyme, and bramelain are reported. The results show that: the bio-active bramelain could be successfully separated from crude stem bramelain juice by spherical phenyl-cellulose hydrophobic adsorptive resin, and 128% of total activity with 4.4 fold enrichment was obtained at only one step; moreover after ulteriorly treatment and drying the needle-shaped solid bramelain was gained.
