摘    要:本文采用溶液-凝胶法制备了粒径为10-20nm左右的二氧化钛纳米微粒。用XRD研究了二氧化钛溶胶的热处理过程,研究表明温度在473K-673K左右TiO2向量 粒呈不规整锐钛矿结构,粒径约为10-20nm。在873K左右TiO2微粒出现锐钛矿与金红石型混晶结构。

Abstract:The TiO 2 nanoparticles in 10 20nm size were prepared with Sol Gel method.It was found that the TiO 2 fineparticles appear irregular,anatase structure with sized about 10 20nm after heating treatment in 473K 673K temperature range,and formed the composite structure of anatase and rutile at 873K.The size of the fineparticles increased with the temperature rise,and the TiO 2 nanoparticles indicated agglomerate size.The natures of light absorption and photocatalytic activity for the TiO 2 nanoparticles depend on the conditions of preparation,the heating treatment temperature.According to UV vis spectrophotometer,the TiO 2 nanoparticles prepared at low pH had wider range of optical response in the UV spectra than the commercial TiO 2, The photocatalytic activity for the nanoparticles of irregularly anatase structure was superier over the commercially available TiO 2 and the TiO 2 in composite structure of the anatase and rutile.
