摘    要:重楼为百合科植物云南重楼或七叶一枝花的干燥根茎,用于治疗疮痈肿、咽喉肿痛、毒蛇咬伤、跌扑伤痛和惊风抽搐等1]。其主要药效成分为甾体皂甙,其中又以薯蓣皂甙和偏诺皂甙等两种皂甙的含量最多。皂甙的提取方法主要有浸渍法2]、加热回流法3]以及超声法4,5]等,其中超声法以

Abstract:UV analytical method for the extraction liquid of the steroidal saponin from chinese medicine rhizoma paridis has been established by using the chemical subspace invariant to linear transformation method and the characteristics of the UV spectra.Based on the orthogonal test of L16(45),the five factors for the extraction of steroidal saponin from Yunnan rhizoma paridis,including the extraction time,the concentration of ethanol solution and its volumn,the time of heating reflux and the times of extraction,have been optimized according to the extraction ratio.The extraction ratio for the optimized extraction is up to 11.49%.It also has been proved that the time of heating reflux is the most important factor.
