摘    要:研究了POCl3-ZrCl4-Nd(CF3COO)3激光体系废液中锆和钕的回收方法,蒸馏回收POCl3后的废渣与碳酸钠溶液反应,其中的钕转化为碳酸钕沉淀,用盐酸溶解并将其中不溶的磷酸锆滤出,再用草酸沉淀,灼烧后得到氧化钕,其中未检测出锆;碳酸锆的络合物在加入9mol/LHCl后析出白色氯氧化锆,经重结晶后,所得氯氧化锆中钕的含量小于0.05%.

Abstract:A new callback method for zirconium and neodymium in the wastewater produced by POCl3-ZrCl4-Nd(CF3COO)3 laser system was studided.First,POCl3 was reclaimed by distillation;Then,the residuce reacted with the solution of sodium carbonate,the neodymium in the residuce was translated into neodymium carbonate as deposit and then dissolved by hydrochloric acid,the zirco-nium phosphate as insolute was filtrated,The neodymium was obtained in form of nedocymium-oxide by burning the deposit neodymium oxalate which fo...
