Abstract:Adepting the orthogonal test to deal with the multiple factor experiments,we ean avoid the complex operation concerning about the single factor experiments of many times.In choosing the best experimental condition,it has many advantages,such as to reduce the number of times,to achieve good results,etc. This thesis generally tells about how to apply the orthogonal test to the flow injection and atomic absorption analysis to determine the element Bi(bismuth) and receives the most suitable length of the pipeline a(10cm),b(10cm),c(30cm) and the preheating time 35s as the experimental condition.
