Abstract:The substituted 2 hydroxylbenzenesulfonanilides compounds have been synthesized.The decoupling action of these compounds for oxidative phosphorylation in rat liver mitochondria were studied.Decoupling activities were measured by measuring stimulation of state 4 respiration and measuring the increase of Pi in reaction medium.
