| 摘 要： | L-抗坏血酸磷酸镁(AS-PM)用在化妆品中作增白剂和抗辐射剂。AS-PM是极性分子，通常使用一个阴离子交换柱进行色谱分离，本文用四氢呋喃。磷酸盐缓冲溶液溶解稀释化妆品样品后，在氨丙基柱上以乙腈一磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相测定其中的AS-PM。 |

| Abstract: | A new and efficient method for analyzing magnesium L-ascorbyl-2-phosphate(A-PM)in cosmetic by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed.A Lichrosorb-NH_2 column was used with a mixture of acetonitrile-0.3 mol/L phosphate buffer(pH4)(35:65,V/V)as the mobile phase and detection at 255 nm.The detection limit was 0.4 mg/L.The recoveries were 96.97%-102.78% and the relative standard deviations were 0.46%-1.75%. |
