对乙酰氨基酚在石墨烯/壳聚糖复合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为研究

摘    要:制备了石墨烯-壳聚糖复合物修饰玻碳电极(GO/CS-GCE),考察了对乙酰氨基酚(APAP)在修饰电极上的电化学行为,发现石墨烯-壳聚糖复合物能较好改善玻碳电极对APAP的电化学性能,APAP在修饰电极上的电化学反应过程是受吸附控制的2电子,2质子反应过程;进一步研究发现在pH=9.16的碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲体系中,对乙酰氨基酚在8.00×10-8 mol·L-1~5.00×10-4 mol·L-1内与电流值呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为-i(μA)=0.11371c(μmol·L-1)+105.54(r=0.9996),检出限为2.6×10-8 mol·L-1,该方法线性范围宽,检出限低,测定准确,方法应用于药片中对乙酰氨基酚含量检测,回收率在98%~106%之间,测定效果良好。

Abstract:Graphene chitosan composite modified glassy carbon electrode(GO/CS-GCE)was prepared,the electrochemical behavior of paracetamol(APAP)on the modified electrode is investigated,it is found that the graphene chitosan complex could improve the electrochemical performance of the glassy carbon electrode for APAP.The electrochemical reaction of APAP on the modified electrode is controlled by adsorption of 2 electrons and 2 protons.Further research shows that in the buffer system of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate with pH=9.16,it has a good linear relationship between the concentration of APAP within range of 8.00×10-8 mol·L-1~5.00×10-4 mol·L-1 and the current value,The linear equation is-i(μA)=0.11371c(μmol·L-1)+105.54(r=0.9996),and the detection limit is 2.6×10-8 mol·L-1.The method has wide linear range,low detection limit and reliable results.The method has been applied to the determination of paracetamol in tablets,and the recovery is between 98%and 106%with satisfation result.
