| 摘 要： | 含磷试剂在有机合成领域中的应用主要在于形成碳碳双键,官能团转换,脱氧及还原作用,活性基团载体,催化作用。不论是在常见的Witting反应,还是磷磷化氯基酸自身催化成肽作用中,磷试剂都发挥着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the application of phosphorus reagents to organic synthesis set up to data is surveyed with respect to the following: in the formation of carbon-carbon double bond, the transformation of functional group, carrier of active groups as well as their functions in desoxydation and catalysis. It is concluded that various existing or forthcoming phosphorus reagents will play mere important roles tanging from Wittig reaction to the self-catalysis of phosphorylated amino acids into peptides. |
