| Abstract: | It has been observed that carbaryl inhibited the Chemiluminescence(CL)signal of the luminol-hydrogen peroxide-sodium copper chlorophyllin system.In this work,we use fluorescence quenching spectra for investigating the mechanism of carbaryl inhibiting the CL system.The results indicated that the binding reaction between carbaryl and sodium copper chlorophyllin is a single static quenching process,sodium copper chlorophyllin strongly binds with carbaryl at the molar ratio of 1:1 and the binding equilibrium co... |
