| 摘 要： | 香豆素是邻羟基桂皮酸的内酯,具有芳香气味,广泛分布于高等植物中.香豆素类化合物具有广泛的生理活性和多方面的临床用途,生物活性主要表现在光敏作用、抗病毒作用、抗菌作用、抗肿瘤作用、抗氧化作用、抗骨质疏松作用、对心血管系统的作用等1].

| Abstract: | Two kinds of tetraacetyl glucosyl esters of coumarin are synthesized under microwave radiation,and the yields are 75.0%and 77.0% respectively.The method has the advantage of easy operation.Their structures are characterized by 1HNMR and IR. |
