摘    要:建立荧光反猝灭法测定卡托普利(CAT)的体系。碘(I-3)与罗丹明B(RhB)缔合作用使罗丹明B荧光信号强度减弱直至荧光猝灭,而卡托普利可将I-3还原为I-,使体系荧光信号再现。在2~20μmol·L-1范围内荧光强度再现值ΔF与卡托普利浓度有线性关系:ΔF=-8.438+10.774 c(r=0.9986),检出限为3.34×10-9 mol·L-1。方法用于药剂卡托普利含量测定,测定值与标示量一致,加标回收率在95.2%~102.3%之间。

Abstract:A new fluorescence system was developed for the determination of captopril(CAT)in pharmaceutical.When the fluorescence signal intensity of Rhodamine B(RhB)was weakened or even disappeared by Iodine(I-3)solution,Captopril could reduce I-3 to I-,which made the system fluorescent signal reappear.The recovery value of fluorescence intensityΔF had a linear relationship with the concentration of captopril in the range of2~20μmol·L-1,The linear regression equation wasΔF=-8.438+10.774 c(r=0.9986),The detection limit was 3.34×10-9 mol·L-1.Captopril tablets were determined by this method,the measured values were consistent with the marked quantity,and the recovery rate was between 95.2%~102.3%.
