磁性固相萃取在检测抗抑郁药中的应用进展

作为治疗抑郁、焦虑、强迫等精神障碍疾病的主要药物,抗抑郁药的消耗量逐年增大。针对涉及抗抑郁药滥用的各类案件,物证鉴定人员需对药物的种类及含量进行分析。为准确、灵敏地检测实际检材中的抗抑郁药,样品前处理过程必不可少。磁性固相萃取采用比表面积大、分散性能好、可重复使用的各类功能化磁性材料作为吸附剂,因操作简单快速、萃取效率高、成本较低而被广泛用于各种生物检材中痕量目标分析物的分离富集。本文对近年来以磁性固相萃取为前处理技术检测抗抑郁药的研究进行综述,旨在为法庭科学领域相关实践办案和科学研究提供参考。

Application of magnetic solid phase extraction in the detection of antidepressants

As the main drugs for the treatment of depression,anxiety,obsessive-compulsive disorder and other mental disorders,the consumption of antidepressants has increased with years.For all kinds of cases involving antidepressants abuse,evidence identification workers need to analyze the type and content of drugs.In order to accurately and sensitively detect antidepressants in actual samples,the sample pretreatment is essential.Magnetic solid phase extraction(MSPE)employs magnetic materials with large specific surface area,good dispersibility and reusability as sorbent.Due to the simple and fast operation,high extraction efficiency,and low cost,MSPE has widely applied for the separation and enrichment of target trace analytes in various biological samples.This paper reviews the recent studies on the detection of antidepressants with MSPE as pretreatment methods,aiming to provide references for the cases handling and scientific research in the field of forensic science.
