摘    要:铁是人体健康所必须的微量元素,它对人体的生理功能有一定影响.如果体内可利用的铁不能满足血红蛋白正常合成的需要,致使红细胞增殖能力下降,就会造成缺铁性贫血.相反,体内铁含量过高,又易产生癌症~(1]).

Abstract:A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace iron was established in this paper.The method was based on the fadiag indication reaction between alizarin red and rhodamine B using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in sulphuric acid medium.It used iron as catalyst.The maximum absorption peak was at 430nm and 560nm.the linear range of the determination was 0.02-0.2 μg/mL and 0.2-0.32 μg/mL,the detection limit for iron wsa 5.04×10~(-11)g/mL.The method has high sensitivity,good selectivity and stability.The operation of the system is simple and its reagents is easy to get.The method has been applied to determination of trace iron(Ⅲ)in tea sample with satisfactory results.
