氧头孢中间体的溴代反应研究

摘    要:以6-APA(6-氨基青霉烷酸)为原料,经过苯甲酰化保护,硫的氧化,二苯甲酯保护,7位氨基异构化,开环重排,得到异丙烯基表唑啉。用NBS,溴素分别尝试进行溴代,最终得到两个溴代物异构体,并经过核磁共振氢谱对结构进行了确证。

Abstract:Starting from 6-APA(6-aminopenicillanic acid),the isopropenylepioxazoline was synthesized through five main steps: protection by benzoylation,oxidation of sulfur,protection by diphenylmethyl ester,the iso-merization of 7-amino group,as well as decyclization and rearrangement.Two brominated isomers were obtained with the use of NBS and bromine,and their structures were testified by 1 H-NMR.
