交联阳离子淀粉(DS=0.95)的干法制备及其脱色性能

摘    要:在碱催化剂BZ-1存在下,以N-(2,3-环氧丙基)三甲基氯化铵(GAT)为阳离子化试剂,干法制备了交联高取代度季铵型阳离子淀粉。对制得阳离子淀粉的脱色性能研究结果表明,交联高取代率阳离子淀粉对活性染料具有优异的脱色效果。

PROPARATION OF CROSS-LINKED CATIONIC STARCH WITH HIGH DEGREE OF SUBSTITUTION (DS 0.95) USING THE DRY PROCESS AND DECOLORIZATION PROPERTY
Abstract:In the presence of alkaline catalyst BZ-1,the cross-linkedcationic starch with high degree of substitution bearing quaternary amino groups was prepared via reaction of starch with glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride using the dry process.The effects of alkaline catalyst BZ-1,reaction temperature,reaction time,amount of water on reaction efficiency were studied and discussed briefly.The decolorization property of the cross-linked cationic starch was studied.The results showed that the cross-linked cationic starch has an excellent performance in colour removal of reactive dyes.
