| 摘 要： | 查尔酮类化合物具有多种药理作用和生物活性，同时它也是一种新型的有机非线性光学材料。经典的合成方法是使用强碱或者强酸催化苯乙酮和苯甲醛的羟醛缩合，但是副反应较多，产率偏低。近期也有文献报道使用有机碲氧化物和KF-Al2O3等试剂或者使用超声波、固相合成和微波等方法合成查尔酮。本文使用

| Abstract: | An efficient and simple method for the synthesis of chalcones was reported.In the presence of sulfurous oxychloride,the cross-aldol condensation of acetone and benzaldehyde was catalyzed by the anhydrous ethanol with good yields(60%-95%)under mild condition.The best reaction condition was studied.The reaction mechanism was also discussed. |
